Becoming a sponsor at NAATP National demonstrates your organization’s support for the leading addiction treatment association and provides you with additional opportunities to promote your company. Sponsorship General Information

• Sponsorship Tiers are broken down as follows: 
• Premier Tier: $20,000+
  • Tier 1: $10,000+
  • Tier 2: $5,000+
  • Tier 3: $1,000+
• ​Every $3,000 of support includes one (1) complimentary attendee registration.
• Exclusive = only one is available. Non-exclusive = multiple are available.
• The purchase of any sponsorship does not include an exhibitor booth. A separate purchase of a booth is required to exhibit at the conference.
• Limit one Tier 1 opportunity per organization.

Premier Tier

• Prominent top-tier display of company logo on conference website.
• Prominent top-tier display of company logo on printed on-site signage.
• Prominent top-tier display in mobile app.
• Prominent top-tier display in printed onsite program.
• Verbal recognition in podium announcements during General Session.
• Logo displayed in General Sessions.
• Logo included in two (2) conference marketing emails.
• Logo and thank you in two (2) social media posts.
• One post-event social media post thanking all event sponsors.
• Six (6) complimentary conference registrations (1 per $3,000 in sponsorships).

• Premier Sponsor: Non-Exclusive  - $20,000
• Combine sponsor opportunities in other tiers to equal $20,000

Tier 1

• Logo on printed on-site signage and in printed program.
• Logo display on conference website and in mobile app.
• Logo included in one (1) conference marketing email.
• Logo in one (1) social media post pre-conference.
• If sponsoring a specific event, logo included on on-site signage.
• (1) post-event social media post thanking all event sponsors.
• (3-6) complimentary conference registrations (1 per $3,000 in sponsorships).

• WiFi Network: Exclusive - $10,000
• General Tier 1 Sponsorship: Non-Exclusive - $10,000
• Awards Banquet Underwriting: Exclusive - $10,000
• Opening Day Continental Breakfast: Non-Exclusive - $10,000
• Leadership Luncheon: Exclusive - $10,000 (or 2 co-sponsors @ $5,000)
• Lanyards: Exclusive - $15,000
• Hotel Key Cards: Exclusive - $12,500
• Badge Holders: Exclusive - $12,500

Golf

• Golf sponsorships at respective levels will receive benefits from tiered conference sponsorship.

• Golf Cart: Non-Exclusive - $1,500
• Green Sign: Non-Exclusive - $500
• Golf Lunch: Exclusive - $7,500
• Golf Breakfast: Exclusive - $5,000
• Hole-in-One: Exclusive - $2,500

Review

All sponsorship opportunities will be available through online submission. Submissions are reviewed by committee and NAATP staff. The National Association reserves the right to determine sponsorship qualification per our eligibility agreement. 

Sponsorship Cancellation Policy 

If written notice of cancellation is received before April 1, 2024, a refund less 50% of the contracted amount will be issued. Cancellation on April 1, 2024, and hereafter, shall result in forfeiture of the entire fee. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of written notice of cancellation. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to NAATP at info@naatp.org.
