Donna Goldstrom, LPC, LAC is the Director of Integrated Care at Summit Stone Health Partners and has extensive experience in behavioral healthcare including residential, outpatient, private practice, and medical clinics. She most recently served as Director of Behavioral Health Services at Front Range Clinic, where she established an integrated behavioral health program and managed programs, operations, grants, and staff. She also worked for the Health District of Northern Larimer County at an integrated care program at the Family Medicine Center in Fort Collins. Ms.Goldstrom has led teams with a focus on addictions and integrated care training resident family physicians.
