Jay is the founder and principal consultant for Human Capital LLC. He has a MBA and M.Ed in counseling with 20 years of professional experience in behavioral health. Before entering consulting in 2022, Jay occupied senior leadership roles in academic and traditional healthcare systems, public mental health and private nonprofit organizations in Colorado and Pennsylvania. As the founder and principal consultant of Human Capital LLC, Jay is deeply committed to leveraging his expertise in change management, strategic planning, human capital management, leadership development, team building, and healthcare strategy and operations to drive organizational growth. His passion lies in assisting organizations in nurturing human capital, establishing robust human resource practices, and fostering diverse and inclusive work environments.
