Jim Geckler, Onsite COO, and Heather Schnoebelen, Vice President of Clinical Services, will guide you through a distinctly different approach to leadership that is crucial for individual and organizational success. Along the way, they will share insights and wisdom on the benefits of mentorship. This experiential presentation will explore our field's unique needs from a business and clinical lens. Following this interactive presentation, participants will engage in impactful group work led by an Onsite clinician. Together, we will explore the path to stronger leadership in behavioral health by utilizing psychodrama and experiential therapies.
